Sequoyah Unit 1 Based on the_NRC inspection August-20-22, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in. full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These' items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As ' required by Technical Specification 6.8.1.d, written procedures shall be established, implemented and maintained for the Plant Physical Security Plan.
Physica1 ' Security Plan Implementing Procedure PHYSI-13 requires, in i
_part, annual requalification for individuals assigned to the fire brigade.
PHYSI-13 further requires that the Safety Section verify the training records of employees assigned to the fire brigade.
Contrary to the above, on August 15,-18 and 19, 1980', two individuals were-assigned to the fire-brigade who had not received requalification training-since January _1979.
This is a deficiency.
