Dear Mr. Saltzman:
Relative to your letter of July 7, 1978,-enclosed is evidence of a line of credit from the Bank of Nova Scotia in the amount of $2,800,000 which will supplement Yankee's cash flow which was previously submitted.
It is our understanding that this credit line which when added to Yankee's cash flow will be sufficient to meet the retrospective premiums guarantee for the years 1977 and 1978 for Yankee Atomic Electric Company.
