Paperiello and other members of the NRC staff with Mre T. J. Maiman, Mr. L. O. Del George and other members-of your staff on January 12, 1990, at the Region III'0ffice in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, on the apparent violations identified in NRC Inspection Report No. 50-295/89040; 50-304/89036(DRS). Those violations concern activities at the Zion Generating Station authorized by NRC operating licenses No. DPR-39 and No. DPR-48. The enclosed copy of our report of this Enforcement. Conference identifies those matters discussed during the conference. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed-in the NRC Public Document Room.
