By letter dated.10/2/89, I responded to the Notice of Violation (NRC Inspection Report No. 50-414, 89-19). issued August 31, 1989 by Stewart D. Ebneter. This response contained an error in Section 5, Date When Full Compliance Will Be Achieved. 'This section stated that." Full compliance will be achieved by 01/01/90." The'date, "01/01/90", is an error. Several of the steps in Section-4, Corrective Steps That Will Be Taken To Avoid Further Violations, have completion dates after 01/01/90.
All corrective steps listed in Section 4 of the Response to Notice of Violation will be complete by 01/01/91. Therefore, the sentence should-read, " Full compliance will.be achieved by 01/01/91.
