We have reviewed your letter of May 3,1974, regarding th: modification of the Oconee Nuclear Station 230 KV switchyard breaker failure relay protection system.
We agree that these modifications offer reasonable assurance that this system will not inadvertantly trip due to a spurious i
signal generated by transient ground currenta and isolate the 230 KV switchyard.
