VERIFICATION LETTER OF THE APPROVAL VERSION OF WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY LTR-NRC-19-15, "NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO WESTINGHOUSE QMS" (EPID L-2019-TOP-0014)

Dear Ms. Zozula:

By letter dated December 16, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML19350B856), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) an approval (-A) version of LTR-NRC-19-15, Notification of Changes to Westinghouse QMS. Westinghouse has done so in accordance with our request to publish an approval non-proprietary version of LTR-NRC-19-15, Notification of Changes to Westinghouse QMS, as detailed in the transmittal letter of the NRC staffs final safety evaluation (SE) (ADAMS Accession No. ML19246A008).

The NRC staff has completed its review of the approval version of LTR-NRC-19-15, Notification of Changes to Westinghouse QMS. The NRC staff verified that Westinghouse has met the requirements and determined that the submitted -A versions are acceptable for referencing in licensing applications for nuclear power plants to the extent specified, and under the limitations delineated in the NRC staffs SE and accepted versions of the TR. LTR-NRC-19-15, Notification of Changes to Westinghouse QMS is now approved for use in future licensing actions.
