RESOLUTION OF COMMENTS ON DRAFT SAFETY EVALUATION FOR LTR-NRC-19-15, "NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO WESTINGHOUSE QMS" WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY By letter dated August 21, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML19239A157), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) provided comments on the draft safety evaluation (SE) for LTR-NRC-19-15, Notification of Changes to Westinghouse QMS [quality management system]. Westinghouse stated that there is no proprietary information in the draft SE. The following is the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs resolution of these comments:

1. Westinghouse provided two editorial comments.

The NRC staff reviewed the Westinghouse comments and finds them acceptable because the changes are editorial in nature.
