As we discussed on September 2, we are in the process of finalizing the complex concrete restart program and the STP Welding Program covering both the re-inspection and repair of existing welds and the Restart Plan for Safety Related AWS and ASME Welding.
For planning purposes, we are providing you with the following preliminary information : We intend to satisfy all prerequisites to:
A.
Start re--inspection and repair of existing AWS welds by September 22, 1980.
B.
Restart AWS welding (new welds) by September 22, 1980.
C.
Start re-inspection of existing ASME welds by September 24, 1980.
D.
Start repair of existing ASM3 ucids by October 15, 1980.
E.
Restart ASME welding (new walds) by October 15, 1980.

Restart complex concrete pours by October 13, 1980.
