Dear Mr. Seidle:

Cn November 4, 1980, Mr. E.W.

The constructor has initiated a Deficiency Report to document and control the damage. The Vendor (Gould) has been requested to come to the site, inspect the equipment, detemine the extent of damage and l

After this has been done, an evaluation will be made to determine the significance and reportability of the damage.

A further report on this matter will be submitted by February 1, 1981.

Yours very truly,
