Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201, of the f!RC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Section 2.201 requires us to suipit to your of fice, within twenty (20) days of cur receipt of your notice, a written statement or explanation in reply inciuding (1) corrective steps t hich have been taken by us and the results achieved; (2) corrective steps which will be taken to avoin f urther violations; and (3) the date when full compliance will be achieved.
A. 10 CFP 20.407 states that all i,0C licensees shall submit annual exuosure su=ary reports for the years 1978 and 1979. These reports were to be subaitted within the first ',uarters of calendar years 1970 and 1980.
Contrary to 10 CFR 20.407, the ennual exposure su:nnary reports for 1970 and 1979 were not submitted at the tir:'e of the inspection, t% :ter 2 ';, 1900.
(1) rarrective steps which have been taken and results achieved; cspies of required data which are on file at flRTC were sunnitted per requirements.
(2) Ecreective steps which were taken to avoid further violations; ore systematic screening of the Federal Register has been irplemented.
(3) Date unen full con.pllance was achieved was October 20, 1980.
