This it to inform you that the Chairman of the Board of Trusteea of Hutzel Hospital has appointed a Regulatory Compliance Committee, made t.p cl top representatives from our Trustees, Medical Staff and Administration.

The charge of the Committee is to coordinate, monitor, and oversee all activities related to regulatory compliance, and to assure that all hospital departments, both medical and non-medical, comply with recommendations / citations promulgated by these regulatory agencies; monitor the enforcement of all hospital policies relating to regulatory compliance; and recommend to the Board of Trustees, Administration and organized Medical Staff changes in policies, procedures and practices relating to regulatory compliance as is appropriate.

The Committee meets monthly and reports to the Board of Trustees.
