This is in response to your letter dated April 6,19.81 which tran smitted revised pages 3.1 and 7.4 to your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan.
Both pages describe a change in your tare weight procedures for special nuclear material receipts which are to be returned to the shipper.
We have reviewed the proposed procedures and have determined that these revisions will not adversely affect material safeguards and are othenvis.e in the public interest. Accordingly, License Condition 2.1 of Amendment WP-2, to your License No. SNM-ll68 is revised, effective innediately, to read as follows:
4 2.1 The licensee shall follow the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan dated July 15, 1980; as reten by his letters dated February 27, 1981, April 6,1981; and as rBUd in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c).
We have detemined that the anacL > to your letter dated April 6,1981 contains infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such infort.ation is deemed to be commercial or financial infonnation within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR i
