Gentlemen:
By our letter dated April 8,1981, we informed your cogany that a Class II fee of $1,200 is due for your February 11, 1981 application (as supplemented by letter dated February 18) for approval of extensions of completion schedules for certain fire protection modifications for the James A. Fit 2 Patrick Nuclear Power Plant. The $1,200 has not been received by us; therefore, it should be remitted to our office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
It is our understanding that your application was approved by the Office of Nuclear Reactor 1
Regulation on February 24,1981.
