As requested by Mr. R. A. Birkel, Division of Licensing, Duke hereby provides the current schedule for McGuire Nuclear Station - Unit 1.
Establish initial criticality - June 19, 1981 Complete zero power pnysics testing - June 29, 1981 As evidenced by this schedule the activities authorized by the current operating license for McGuire Unit 1, NPF-9, will be completed by June 29, 1981. Issuance of a full power licetae is needed before this date to assure the timely con-tinuation of testing and power escalation of McGuire Unit 1.
