SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - RETRIEVABLE INFORMATION FROM VALVE TAG NUMBERS - SQRD-50-328/81 SECCND INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector M. Thomas cut December 12, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR SQN CEB 8035. An interim report uns submitted on January 12, 1981. We expect to submit our next report by April 1, 1981.
TVA is comparing data (weight, length, and center of gravity) on manufacturer's valve drawings to those used in piping analyses.
Manufacturer's general catalogs are being used to obtain valve data for drawings which cannot be cbtained because they do not exist (primarily for valves 2 inches or smaller) or cannot be located.
Analyses in which discrepancies are found are being rerun to determine if support changes will be required.
