Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 IE Circular 76-02 The purpose of this letter is to respond to IE Circulai 76-02 which is concerned with the malfunction of Westinghouse BF (ac) and BFD (de) relays in safety.related systems.
No relays of these types are used in the safety related systens at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station.
IE Circular 76-02, therefore, does not apply to the Oyster Creek Station.
