Changes in the organization and responsibilities of key personnel responsible for the nuclear criticality and radiation safety programs.
2.
Additions of the minimun qualifications of key personnel in your reorganization responsible for the associated nuclear criticality and radiation safety programs.
Accortfingly, the date of November 14, 1980, is added to item 9 of your license.
