'M We have received a copy of your letter dated December 10,198C, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The letter transmitted a document identified as YAEC-1231 relating to incorporation of a lower plenum phase separation model in the Yankee Rowe facility large break LOCA methodology.
No fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 was remitted with your request.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of your request, it has been determined that this request will involve consideration of a single safety issue. As such, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable, and it is requested that your Company remit this amount to us.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your request reveals that this fee is incorrect, an adjustment will be made.
