We have received a copy of your application da'.ed October 8,1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The application (filed as Proposed Amendment No. 72) proposed several changes to the Rancho Seco Unit No.1 Technical Specifications in response tc in ONRR letter dated July 2,1980 on Lessons Learned Category "A" items.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, a Class III fee of $4,000 was remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of the application, it has been determined that this application involves consideration of more than three separate safety issues. As such, it qualifies for a Class IV fee of $12,300.
