ENCLOSL;RE REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION COMMENTS ON TROJAN GUARD TRAINING AND QUALIFICATICN PLAN Our review of the plan indicates that it requires only a limited number of revisions to be accepted.
Suecific Comments 1.2.1.3.3 Add a statement that the unarrea security personnel will meet the recuire-ments of this section.
1.2.1.3.4 Add a statement that the unarmed security personnel will meet the require-ments of this section.
1.5 Delete the reference to (+ 30 days). The regulation requires that requalifi-cation will take place atleast every 12 months.
2.0 Within this secticn or appropriate other section, specifically commit to contract personnel meeting these same training require; tents.
2.4 Delete the reference to (130 days).
Table On page 1 of 11 revise th6 individual responsibility matrices of Security 2-2.1 Officers #1 and #2 to add the authority to deploy and coor:iinate patrols.
4.6 Delete the reference to (130 days).
Add a Chapter 5.0 to the plan anri include the information identified in Appendix B. V. A. 4 & 5 of IC CFR Part 73.
General Ccmments Add the following information within the existing Job Analysis Worksheets.
Personnel Search Officer 2.1.2 Describe the training provided for the search officer relative to actions to take upon detecting tretal or weapon.
2.1.3 Describe the training provided for the search officer relative to actions to take upon detecting explosives.
l 2.3.2 Describe the training provided for the search officer relative to actions to take upon detecting unauthorized material during x-ray search.
Security Officer #8 2.2.2 Describe the training provided for the security officer to insure that unauthorized materials are not loaded and/or unloaded.
