and add "by Cecemcer 31, 1981."

II.

In reference to ARTICLE V - OBLIGATIONS: $3.000.00 for FY S1 is hereby obligated.

III. The total amount obligated on tnis contract is increased fro m $5,000.00 to a new total of 33,000.00.
