Dear Dr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Ccemission is Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56 for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Units 2 and 3.
This filing consists of three originals and 37 copies of the Application, and 40 copies of a document er titled Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3, Single-Loop Operation (NEDO-24229-1).
The Application requests changes to the Peach Botto: Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications relating to reactor operation with a recirculation loop out of service.
