Re: License No. DPR-63 E A-81-08 In response to your letter of November 26,1980 and in accordance with Order Clause A.(1) of paragraph VI of Order for Modification of License (Effective Immediately) and Order To Show Cause (Docket No. 50-220), issued November 26, 1980, please be advised that on said date Mr. T. J. Perkins was duly notified that he shall nQt be involved with nuclear matters for Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation.
It is our understanding that the foregoing ordered action constitutes a further condition amending License DPR-63 and shall remain effective pending final resolution of this matter.
A response to the other items in your aforesaid letter and accompanying enclosures will be addressed under separate cover.
