Our letter, dated October 28, 1980, advised you that NRC Region III personnel were in the process of receiving new security badges.
The attachment to this letter identifies the security badge number and clearance level for Region III personnel. Pen and ink changes should be made to the access lists provided to you in September 1980 to indicate the current security badge number and level of clearance.
Personnel identified with an asterisk have not been issued new security badges as of this date. You will be provided with their badge number and clearance level at a later date.
It is emphasized that the September 1980 access lists are to be used for site entry purposes. The attachment to this letter is to enable you to make the necessary changes to badge numbers and clearance levels to the September access list.
