NCR SCN CEB 8027 - SECOND LVIERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-01E Inspector M. Thomas en September 18, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). An interim report was submitted cra October 16, 1980. We expect to submit our next Mport by January 21, 1981.

TVA has not ccapleted the evaluation of possible consequences of postulated breaks for the RHR system.
