Proposed Change No. 62 in the Technical Specificatione of Facility License

No. DPR-3 pursuant to the provisions of Section 50.59 of the Commission's 6
6 f i E, {re regulations. The proposed change would authorize modification of the flow
_.o rate specifications of the pressure reducing orifices located in the bleed line of the primary coolant system. The purpose of this change is to increase i
the service life and efficiency of the charging and Volume Control System.

We have reviewed the proposed change and liave found that it does not present significant hazards considerations not described or implicit in the hazards sumary report, and that there is reasonable assurance that the health and N
safety of the public will not be endangered. A copy of our related safety evaluation is enclosed.
In view of the foregoing, Change No. 62 is hereby authorized as proposed, pursuant to Section 50.59, 10 CFR 50.
