The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in E
response to your application dated December 13, 1976.
1 The amendment changes certain requirements for the Environmental Monitoring Program specified in Table 4.7-4 in the Technical Speci-fications.
Pursuant to discussions with your staff we have modified your proposal which they agreed is necessary to maintain a nonthly

sampling frequency for all three milk sampling locations.
It should be noted that the changes authorized by this amendment are subject to further change in accordance with the provisions of Appendix I to 10 CFR Part 50 to meet the criterion "as low as is reasonable achievable" for radioactive materials in the reactor effluents upon completion of our Appendix I review for Yankee-Rowe, ii Copics of the Environmental-Impact Appraisal and the Federal Register b
