In your letter of September 19, 1980, you advised us that you are deleting settlement monitoring' points 11,12, _13 and 14 and all reference to the Units 3 and 4 Service Water Pumps House from the North Anna Unit 1 and 2 Settlement-Procedure'1-PT-111.

It should be pointed out that although the monitoring of settlement points related to the Units 3 and 4 pumphouse are deleted from the Units 1 and 2 settlement -

- procedures, we require that settlement-time records for the years 1980 to the.

submittal date of the Units 3 and 4 FSAR be presented at the time of submittal.
