PHYSICAL PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL OF LOW STRATEGIC SIGNIFICANCE 12.1 The licensee shall follow the security plan entitled, "Lynchburg Research Center Building C Security Plan", Revision 0, dated March 15, 1980 as amended by Re-vision 1 & 2 dated September 2, 1980.
