In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 70.22(k) and 73.47(c)(1),
as amended on March 25, 1980, enclosed are ten (10) copies of the Exxon Nuclear plan for the physical protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
Document XN-NF-538, " Exxon Nuclear Company Physical Protection Plan for Material of Low Strategic Significance", is in the format shown in Part II of Regulatory Guide 5.59, dated January 1980.
The plan is considered to be fully responsive to the fixed site and in-transit physical protection requirements for material of low strategic significance.
