REVISIONS TO FUNDAMENTAL NUCLEAR MATERIAL CONTROL PLAN With reference to activities authorized by SNM-1097, General Electric Company hereby submits the latest revisions to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control (FNMC) Plan for the fuel fabrication facility in Wilmington, North Carolina. contains a list of page changes made following approval of authorization previously requested, for which prior approval was required prior to their incorporation into the FNMC Plan. contains a list of page changes made pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32(c), not requiring prior approval since we have determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of our material control and accounting system.
The majority of these changes were made to:
e Update General Electric organizational structure o
Update job descriptions e
Correct grammatical errors, typographical errors, misspelled words, etc.
e Clarify statements contains the revised pages, including appropriate index pages.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d), General Electric requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure as this material identifies General Electric procedures for saf eguarding licensed special nuclear material.
