'.-TU Electric hereby confirms its position in regard to Regulatory Guide 1.68.
" Initial Test Programs for Water-Cooled Nuclear Power Plant." in that low i
power testing has been sequenced and will proceed in a manner such that "the safety of the plant is never totally dependent on the performance of untested structures' systems and components." Any changes to the initial startup test program described in Chapter 14 of the FSAR will'be made in accordance with f
the provisions of 10CFR50.59 and will be reported in accordance with
'100FR50.59(b) within one month ot' TU Electric's approval of-such chenge.
