TENNFC3EE VALLEY AUTHORITY - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - POCKET No. 50-260 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT BFR0-50-260/81025 The enclosed report provides details concerning equipment airlock doors 235 and 236 which were opened simultaneously resulting in a momentary breach of secondary containment. This report is submitted in accordance with Browns Ferry unit 2 Technical Specification 6. 7.2.b(4).
