SUBJECT:
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF SAFETY-RELATED ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT - HEARING REQUEST Our letter of January 16, 1981 proposed that we hold your request of December 8,1980,'on the subject, in abeyance until thirty (30) days after the issuance of the Safety Evaluations. Your letter of January 26, 1981 accepted our proposal.
We have recently issued these Safety Evaluations.
Sinch the Evaluation allows a ninety (90) day licensee response time, we will extend th'e thirty (30) day abeyance period of our letter of January 16, 1981 to ninety (90) days.
Please inform us within ninety (90) days of the issuance of the Safety Evaluation for the facility, whether ycu intend to pursue your hearing request.
If you request a hearing, please advise us of the specific issues you wish to raise in the proceeding.
