- This 'is to notify you of our approval of the 'daterford Generating Station Guard Training and Qualification Plan submitted by your letter of February 1, 1980 and as revised by letter dated April 23, 1981.

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 73.55(b) the plan shall be implemented so as to provids for all security personnel to be qualified as of the date upon which the operating license is issbed.
