Gentlemen:
This refers to the meeting held at our office on June 8,1981, and attended by Mr. Capone and others of your staff and by Mr. Williams and otiers of my staff.
The purpose of the meeting was to disciss our concerns regarding the report of the Callaway containment dome concrete imperfections, which you submitted to this office by letter dated April 26, 1981.
These concerns,,which included issues of clarity, conciseness, comprehensiveness of statistical. methodology, and the completeness of the nondestructive examination, were discussed in detail during the meeting. We understand that you will revise this report to address our concerns and that the report will be submitted to this office as soon as it is available.
