Peter A. Bradford I note that footnote 3 to Table 1 (attached) of DOE's May 15 estimate of licensing costs states "NRC and the company project the unit

_(TMI I) will return to service in October 1981." As you know, the return to service. of TMI I-is very much an issue in the ongoing hearing.

The most that NRC can predict is a decision date, not a return to service.

Whoever provided this estimate to 00E should'be so advised, and COE should be asked to correct that footnote.
