Condition 2 - Exports cuthcrized in any country or destinctien, except Country Groups O, S, W, X, Y, cnd 2 in Port 370, Supplement Nc.1, of the Comprehensive Expor, schedule of the U.S. Depcrtment of Commerce.

Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear centent of the meterial.

Condition 4 - The material to be exported under this license shcIl be shipped in occordence v.ith the physical protection reevirements fer specici nuclect meteria! in 10 CFR 73.

Condition 5 - Special nuclear material cuthorized for export under th's I cense sholi not be trcnsported outside the United States in passenger carrying circraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies. whichever is less, of plutonium or uronium 233, or (2) 350 grams of uranium 235.

Condition 6-This licen:e authorizes export only cnd does not cuthorize the rece:pt, phys col possession, or use of the nuclear meterrot.

Condition 7 - The licensee shcIl complete and submit on NRC Form 741 for ecch shipment of source meterial exported under this license.

Condition 8 - The licensee shall cdvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo-tion of the company who will package the nuclect meterial to be exported under th;s license, or cny change in the locction of the pockeging operation, of least three weeks prior to the scheduled dcte of export.

Condition 9 - The material to be exported under this license shall be protected in transit while within U.S. jurisdiction in accordance with the re-quirements of 10 CFR Part 73 and the licensee's approved security plan.
