the term "docuw nt" means any writing or recording of any kind, however produced or reproduced, including but not limited to letters, telegrams, memoranda, reports, studies, tape recordings, computer printouts, photogra,,hs, calendar and diary entries, minutes, pamphlets, notes, charts, tabulations, and records of meetings, conferences and telephone or other conversations or meetings, which are in the actual or constructive possession, custody or control of the NRC.

The term "Bailly" refers to the Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear-1.
The terms " staff" and "NRC" include the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, its. staff, members, attorneys, employees, consultants, divisions or subdivisions,
contractors and sub-contractors.
The term " Thompson Memorandum" refers to the Memorandum dated May 14, 1981 for George Lear, Chief, Hydrologic and Geotechnical Engineering Branch, attached to Porter County Chapter Intervenors ' Second Application Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.720(h)(2)(1) filed this same date ("Second Application").
The term " Jordan Memorandum" refers to the memorandum dated May 5, 1981 for R.L. Tedesco, Assistant Director for Licensing, Division of Licensing, from E.L. Jordan, Deputy Director, Division of Resident and Regional Reactor Inspection attached to the Sacond Application.

The Memorandum from J. Knight to R. Tedesco dated September 25, 1980 referred to in the Thompson memorandum.

All notes or memoranda prepared in connection with the October 9,1980 meeting referred to in the Thompson memorandum and the Jordan memorandum.

All documents concerning or reflecting any developments on the subjects mentioned in the Thompson memorandum and the Jordan memorandum subsequent to the October 9, 1980
. meeting referred to therein, including but not limited to 2
follow-up memoranda, requests for consultant contracts, and notes and reports of subsequent meetings concerning the same topics.
