As discussed in the reference above, in our clos'dd NCR review we found two (2) NCRs, Numbers 261 and 266, Contract 216, dated July 5 and July 20, 1979, identified voids in concrete under base plates in Uait 5.
Originally these NCRs were not considered to be potential 50. 55(e) conditions.
We now feel that upon review that this condition should be con-sidered a potential c0. 5(e) and are proceeding accordingly. We Hll provide an inNrim report by June 1,1981.
