Those meetings for which it is anticipated that there will be a portion or all of the meeting open to the public are indicated by an asterisk (*).

If you are listed and cannot attend a meeting, or if you are not listed but would like to attend, please advise the ACRS Office. Most motels and hotels require a guaranteed reservation if arrival is to be after 6:00 p.m.

Cancellation of guaranteed reservations must be made before noon of the scheduled day of arrival.

Failure to use a room under these conditions involves forfeiture of the cost.
