By letter dated April 28, 1981 (copy attached) to your office, Gilbert Associates, Inc.,

reported a potential defect as per 10CFR21.

1.s an additional safeguard, a copy was also forwarded to Pullman Power Products to research whether the r.sterials described on GAI Attachment I were directed for use on other projects.

Picase be advised that the caterials involved were purchased specifically.fer the Perry Nuclear Project only and in accordance with Gilbert Specifications.

The material was not used by Pullman Power Products on other projects.
