We have received a copy of your application dated February 11, 1981 (as supplemented by letter dated February 18), which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. The application requested approval of extensions of completion schedules for certain fire protection modifications for the James A.
Fit: Patrick Nuclear Power Plant. A fee pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 was not remitted with your application.
Our records show that on February 24, 1981, the ONRR staff completed their review of this application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that this application involved review of an administrative nature.
Therefore, a Class II fee of $1,200 is applicable and should be remitted to our office.
