Dear Mr. Cavanaugh:
We understand that the No. 2 Low Pressure Rotor of the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit No.1 (ANO-1) turbine was replaced with a new Westinghouse LP rotor during the recent refueling outage. We request the information on the new rotor which was requested by our letter dated February 25, 1980, on the rotor which was replaced. Specifically, the information should include that which was identified in Enclosure 2 to our letter dated February 25, 1980. We intend to use this information to provide us with the capability of performing independent assessments of your tur-bine after each inspection. We request the information within 60 days from receipt of this letter.
