Although the applicant backf111 specifications are acceptable, we need to assure that the j

frerluency of density testing is aderluate.

We, therefore, reconunend that density determinations be made at least once per shif t or per 1000 CY of material placed, whichever is greater.

This conpletes our review of foundation conditions for the Greene County fluclear Power Plant.
