We have received a copy of ycur February 2,1981 request that was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for exemption from the requirements of paragraph III.D.2(b)(ii) of Appendix J to 10 CFR Part 50 for Farley Unit Nos. I and 2.
A fee pursuant to the provision of 10 CFR 170.22 was not remitted with your request.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of this request, it has been determined that this request will involve consideration of a single safety issue.
Therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 is required for one of the units and a Class I duplicate fee of $400 is required for the other unit.
On this basis, it is requested that your Company remit a total of $4,400 to this office.
If the ONRR staff's final review of your request reveals that these fees are incorrect, you will be notified and any necessary adjustment will be made.
