The infomation was submitted on behalf of Illinois Power and as agent for the co-owners.
Soyland Power Cooperative, Inc. and Western Illinois Power Cooperative Inc.
Illinois Power Appendices 2-4 have been omitted because they are rather lengthy and you should have ready access to same. Appendix 5 is also lengthy, however the copy enclosed is an extra. Appendices 2-4 are:
IP-2. Proposed rate increase before the Illinois Commerce Commission; Docket No. 76-0435, dated June 15, 1977.
IP-3, Proposed rate increase before the Illinois Comerce Comission; Docket No. 79-0071, dated November 28, 1979.
IP-4, " Schedule of Rates for Electric Service in Illinois" filed with the Illinois Comerce Comission and dated November 29, 1979.
