MOTION TO SUPPLEMENT RECORD in accordance with leave granted by the Licensing Board at the close of the hearing on March 19, 1981, the staff submitted on March 27,1981', a joint affidavit of staff members Noonan, Polk, Parczewski and Tinkler.
In reviewing files recently, staff counsel has recognized that his March 27, 1981 letter to the Board submitting such affidavit does not clearly formally request its admission in evidence in this proceeding. Thus, to clarify counsel's intent, the NRC staff herewith moves nunc pro tunc for the admission in evidence, as Staff Exhibit Q, of the joint affidavit of Noonan, Polk, Parczewski and Tinkler submitted to the Board and parties by staff I
