We have received a copy of your application dated January 20, 1981, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The application requested approval of extension of time to comply with certain-fire protection requirements of 10 CFR 50.48 for Unit Nos.1 and 2 of the Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
A fee under the provisions of 10 CFR 170.22 was'not' remitted with your application.
Our records reflect that on February 13, 1981, the ONRR staff completed their review of your request.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a iesult of their final review of your a'pplication, it has been determined that this application involved' review of-an administrative ~ nature.
Therefore, a Class II fee of
$1,200 is due for one of the units and a duplicate Class I fee of $400 is due for.the other unit.
It is requested that a sum of $1,600 be remitted to our office promptly.
