REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION TO 10 CFR 20.203(c)(2). LICENSDJ5iRi-942 x /
Battelle, Pacific Northwest Laboratories, in its Application ~ f6r' Renewal of Special Nuclear Materials License, SNM-942, dated July 2,1979, re-quested an exemption to 10 CFR.20.203(c)(2). A justification for the requested exemption is attached.
It is our understanding, based upon telephone conversations between yourself, and C. R. Richey and E. E.
Oscarson of Battelle, that this is the final item needing clarification prior to renewal of license SNM-942.
